Cidony has been observed actively engaging with his clients as well as making sure his staff are engaged. He has built strong relationships with his clients and advocates for their needs. He does group lessons that get every client involved despite there being a broad range of levels within the room. He continues to adapt to the changes within his workshop with ease and takes on new assignments and tasks without hesitation. He reaches out to the treatment teams and offers valuable input to his clients programs to ensure continued behavioral success. Cidony never complains, advocates for his clients, and always does so with a smile.
