Darlin Leonardo Flete is our teacher of the month!  As we begin another school year at the Judge Rotenberg Center our team as a whole is focusing on improving quality Individual Education Plans to include participation/performance in IEP meetings, composing present levels of performance, and writing IEP goals and objectives. Darlin has demonstrated exceptional performance in all of these areas in group training and individual performance as well as continuing to model exceptional work ethic in the classroom as a JRC teacher.

Antzley Augustin is our direct care staff of the month!  Antzley recently came into the workshop assistant coordinator position and settled right in. He has great program integrity, is extremely professional and responsive. He is willing to take on any task assigned to him and has shown great leadership skills. Workshop J has been out enjoying time on the YBR, consistently being active in the gym, and participating in van cleaning on a regular basis. Antzley has taken great pride in making sure the clients he works with are looking great and engaged. He asks for help when needed and takes feedback well. It has been excellent to see all the clients out and about enjoying all the rewarding areas of the day program.
