Recently Wesly was moved to a very difficult classroom. He has assisted with ensuring follow through with student programs, staff engagement with students, and most importantly student progress. We are pleased to report that there has been significant improvements across all areas. Wesly has demonstrated what it means to be flexible, and effective as a behavioral teacher and supervisor. Alex goes above and beyond to ensure that staff members are effectively using communication boards. He has collaborated with the training department to ensure that we are addressing the importance of accurately using communication devices and has provided the training department with a variety of communication boards which we are excited to use during our upcoming trainings.
