JRC staff recently attended the Council for Exceptional Children Conference in San Antonio, Texas.

The conference provided plenty of opportunities to explore, learn, and network among Special Education professionals from a variety of settings across the country. JRC also had the opportunity to present at this conference, sharing a workshop with over 100 attendees on behavioral strategies to support teachers and students. A great learning experience for all!

Congratulations to our Staff of the Month!

Kajubi has been an exemplar Classroom Teacher for a while, and recently earned his official licensure as a Special Education Teacher. In addition to completing the final steps for licensure, Kajubi has done an excellent job transitioning his students into a new classroom over the past month. Consistent, compassionate, reliable are all fitting descriptive words for the newest licensed teacher at JRC. Congratulations Kajubi!
